The Baïkal Café is a vodka bar located on Glasgow street in the Saint-Martin area. I've not been in yet, but I always enjoy looking at its painted shutters when it's still closed early in the morning.

I've never heard of vodka bars before...great building, though. THe colour does grab attention.
A tiny cafe with a nice color. It's eyecatching! They seems to know how to attract people to come.
